House Judiciary Committee Chair and Republican Ohio Rep. Jim Jordan has called for imposing limits on federal district judges to prevent them from issuing nationwide injunctions.

The representative appeared on the Newsmax show Rob Schmitt Tonight on Monday, where he expressed concerns about how federal district judges have blocked President Donald Trump’s administration from implementing its agenda.

He noted that the House has passed legislation to curb their power, though the Senate has not acted yet.
