NATO chief throws first pitch for the Washington Nationals baseball team

NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg is in Washington for the 75th anniversary of the transatlantic security alliance
Leaders of NATO’s 32 member countries are meeting in Washington with further support for Ukraine in the war against Russia’s invasion high on their agenda.

On Monday, the NATO chief threw the first pitch for the Washington Nationals at a baseball game as he prepared to welcome members of the transatlantic security alliance.

Watching from the stands was U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken.
