According to Apple’s year-end podcast charts, Tucker Carlson’s show, a former Fox News star, was crowned the “top new” podcast of 2024.

According to Mediaite, the top five podcasts on Apple’s well-known app that was accessible on all of its devices were: The Daily, Crime Junkie, The Joe Rogan Experience, Dateline NBC, and SmartLess.

Joe Rogan’s podcast continues to dominate Spotify’s year-end podcast charts, which are somewhat different from Apple’s. At the start of the year, Rogan ended its exclusive on Spotify by agreeing to a new $250 million multiyear contract.

The contentious former Fox News presenter Carlson’s podcast was ranked third on Spotify. In June 2023, Carlson debuted his show on X. The Tucker Carlson Show, Three, Mortal Sin, Drowning Creek, and The Rise and Fall of Ruby Franke were the top five new podcasts on Apple in 2024.
