Secret Service Just Thwarted ANOTHER Serious Threat Against Trump’s Life
A man was arrested Saturday afternoon at a Florida golf resort owned by Donald Trump after an altercation with U.S. Secret Service agents at a security checkpoint, officials said.
The incident occurred around 4:15 p.m. at a screening station staffed by federal agents and local law enforcement, according to Fox News.
Michael Townsend said the individual refused to follow instructions and became confrontational.
“During the encounter, the individual became disruptive and failed to comply with lawful orders,” Townsend said. “He then made physical contact with a member of the Secret Service and was taken into custody without further incident.”
The suspect was later booked by Doral police on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest without violence, according to reports. He was transported to the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center following the arrest.
Trump had visited the property earlier in the day with family members before departing ahead of a PGA Tour event taking place in the area. The tournament drew large crowds, prompting heightened security measures and screening procedures at resort entrances.
Video circulating online appeared to show a man in handcuffs near the checkpoint. Authorities have not publicly released the suspect’s name or additional details about what prompted the confrontation.
The arrest comes amid heightened security attention following previous threats and incidents involving Trump, including the July 2024 shooting at a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.
Rep. Anna Paulina Luna recently raised concerns about that incident during a podcast appearance, questioning aspects of the investigation and security planning.
“I think what is interesting about the initial investigation is…it was done under Biden, period,” Luna said, referring to the early handling of the case.
She also questioned the role of federal agencies, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and cited other incidents she said reflected broader concerns about transparency.
The Butler attack, in which gunman Thomas Crooks opened fire from a rooftop, left one attendee dead and several others injured. Trump was struck in the ear during the shooting before the suspect was killed by Secret Service agents.
Authorities have not indicated any connection between Saturday’s arrest in Florida and prior incidents.

NEW: SCOTUS Issues Major Decision
The Supreme Court of the United States on Monday temporarily blocked a lower-court order that would have halted the mailing of the abortion pill mifepristone, leaving current federal rules in place while the legal fight continues.
Justice Samuel Alito issued an administrative stay pausing a decision from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. The stay is set to remain in effect until at least 5 p.m. ET on May 11, though the court could extend it depending on how the case develops.
Alito also gave the state of Louisiana until 5 p.m. Thursday to respond to emergency requests seeking to keep the lower court’s restrictions on hold while litigation proceeds.
The dispute stems from a lawsuit challenging actions by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, which in 2023 removed a requirement that mifepristone be dispensed in person. That change allowed the medication to be prescribed via telehealth and shipped by mail, expanding access nationwide.
Drugmakers Danco Laboratories and GenBioPro asked the Supreme Court to intervene, arguing that the appeals court ruling would disrupt access to a medication that has been widely used and federally regulated for years.
Mifepristone is typically used alongside a second drug in a two-step medication abortion process and accounts for a significant share of abortions in the United States. Any change to its availability could have immediate effects on how care is delivered in many states.
The Supreme Court’s order does not resolve the underlying legal questions. An administrative stay is a temporary measure intended to preserve the status quo while the justices review emergency filings and consider whether to grant longer-term relief.
Once Louisiana files its response, the court may allow the stay to expire, extend it, or issue a broader order that keeps the lower court ruling on hold while the case continues.
For now, mifepristone remains available by mail under the FDA’s current rules as the legal battle over federal authority and abortion access moves forward.

Mass Shooting in Deep Red State – 13 Victims
A shooting at a party near Arcadia Lake on Sunday night left at least a dozen people injured, according to local authorities and hospital officials.
Police in Edmond said they received reports of gunfire around 9 p.m. at a gathering of young people near the lake.
“This is obviously a very terrifying situation and we understand the concern from the public and those involved and we are working extremely hard to find the suspects,” Edmond police spokesperson Emily Ward said.
Ward confirmed that no arrests had been made as of late Sunday and said investigators were actively interviewing victims and witnesses across the metro area.
“We’re kind of all over the metro speaking with victims and witnesses,” she added.
Officials said at least 12 people were taken to hospitals, with some victims transported by emergency responders and others arriving on their own. Victims were reported to be in “various conditions,” though specific details about injuries have not been released.
A spokesperson for Integris Health said nine patients were treated at Integris Health Baptist Medical Center and three at Integris Health Edmond Hospital. All were still being evaluated late Sunday night.
Arcadia Lake, about 13 miles north of Oklahoma City, is a popular recreational destination known for boating, fishing, camping, and picnicking.
The shooting comes decades after Edmond was the site of one of the deadliest workplace shootings in U.S. history. During the Edmond post office shooting on Aug. 20, 1986, postal worker Patrick Sherrill killed 14 co-workers before taking his own life.
Authorities continue to investigate the latest incident as they search for those responsible.

Melania Goes Scorched Earth After Trump Assassination Attempt
First Lady Melania Trump publicly criticized late-night host Jimmy Kimmel on Monday over remarks he reportedly made about her family during a recent monologue.
In a post shared on X, Melania said Kimmel’s comments were divisive and harmful to the country’s political climate.
“Kimmel’s hateful and violent rhetoric is intended to divide our country. His monologue about my family isn’t comedy — his words are corrosive and deepens the political sickness within America,” she wrote.
She continued by arguing that television personalities who spread hostility should not be welcomed into viewers’ homes each night.
“People like Kimmel shouldn’t have the opportunity to enter our homes each evening to spread hate,” she added.
Melania also criticized ABC, the network that airs Kimmel’s show, accusing executives of protecting the host despite repeated controversy.
“A coward, Kimmel hides behind ABC because he knows the network will keep running cover to protect him. Enough is enough. It is time for ABC to take a stand. How many times will ABC’s leadership enable Kimmel’s atrocious behavior at the expense of our community,” she concluded.
The backlash followed remarks Kimmel reportedly made during a parody of the White House Correspondents’ Dinner, where he joked that Melania looked like an “expectant widow.” He also joked about her upcoming birthday.
Critics on social media condemned the comments as inappropriate and tasteless, especially given heightened political tensions. Several conservative commentators called on ABC to reconsider Kimmel’s future with the network.
The controversy comes amid an already tense political environment, with public figures and media personalities facing increasing scrutiny over rhetoric and tone.
First Lady Melania Trump spoke out Monday following controversy surrounding comments made by late-night host Jimmy Kimmel.
In a statement posted to social media, Melania criticized Kimmel’s remarks, calling them divisive and inappropriate.
“Kimmel’s hateful and violent rhetoric is intended to divide our country. His monologue about my family isn’t comedy—his words are corrosive and deepens the political sickness within America,” she wrote.
“People like Kimmel shouldn’t have the opportunity to enter our homes each evening to spread hate,” she continued.
Melania also called on ABC, which airs Kimmel’s show, to take action.
“A coward, Kimmel hides behind ABC because he knows the network will keep running cover to protect him. Enough is enough. It is time for ABC to take a stand. How many times will ABC’s leadership enable Kimmel’s atrocious behavior at the expense of our community,” she added.
The criticism followed backlash over jokes Kimmel made referencing the First Lady during a parody segment tied to the White House Correspondents’ Dinner. In the segment, Kimmel joked about Melania’s appearance and upcoming birthday, remarks that drew criticism from some commentators online.
Several conservative voices reacted strongly to the monologue. Larry O’Connor described the comedian as a “broken man,” while others on social media called the jokes “tasteless” and questioned whether ABC should continue airing his program. Political commentator Link Lauren also criticized the remarks, calling them inappropriate and divisive.
The controversy comes amid heightened political tensions in Washington following security concerns at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner, where attendees—including President Donald Trump, members of his Cabinet, lawmakers, and journalists—were briefly evacuated after reports of a security incident.
In remarks afterward, Trump called for unity and emphasized the importance of resolving political differences peacefully.
“When you’re impactful, they go after you,” Trump said. “We’re not going to let anybody take over our society.”
Officials have not released full details about the incident, and investigations are ongoing.
